DAY 10 - Read a book instead of amazon
DAY 11 - Do not snooze your alarm
DAY 12 - Get crafty
DAY 13 - Put your phone on DND for 2 hours
DAY 14 - Create a gratitude list
DAY 15 - Meditate
DAY 16 - Look over old pictures and memories
DAY 17 - Go to bed extra early
DAY 18 - Dance like no one is watching.
DAY 19 - Wake up early
DAY 20 - Give someone a compliment
DAY 21 - Practise a hobby
DAY 22 - Try something new
DAY 23 - Deep clean your house
DAY 24 - Take a relaxing bath
DAY 25 - Watch a TED talk
DAY 26 - Sketch something
DAY 27 - Try something traditional
DAY 28 - Map your family tree
DAY 29 - Try Origami
